These two ladies are from a photo album I bought an an antiques shop in Maryland. The families therein were from Indiana. When you click there is a third– a poor rendition of Ingrid Bergman from Casablanca. (The scene ended too quickly to get it right.)

a pixie in the park
We saw this pixie in Central Park on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, a day of beautiful sunshine and mild weather. Days have been darker since then and the winter weather has begun, sort of. (Well, it isn't 65º anymore, anyway.) Dreams have been dark of late as well, full of doubles, doppelgangers and floods.
