Maps and blue are the new introduction to this leg of the architectural series, the third of which is the row of Amsterdam houses on the 24″ x 18″ canvas. The blue & white stripes began as a bit of a lark in the pink sky incarnation of Clinton, but led to my wanting to introduce the watercolor blue shorelines from the sketchbook maps into the canvases.
