Just a quick post to share some new little drawings.
The Moleskine from the trip to Europe got filled up within a day or two after I returned, so I bought a new one a couple of weeks ago. The watercolor drawing up there was from our trip to the cabin in NJ. The drawings below are ones I did last night with one of my trusty markers (brush tip, 40% grey) and a ballpoint pen. The marker bleeds through, as you can see, so that prim-looking woman wound up with a doppelgänger on the obverse of the page.
More drawings after the jump, plus an interesting scanning artifact.
And below is a screenshot (actual size) from the scanner. This is the sort of thing that happens when you move the media on the scan bed while it is previewing. A similar phenomenon to what can be happen (accidentally or deliberately) when someone or something is moving while in frame during a panoramic photograph. I like the way this one turned out.
