More dry point prints…

Two new prints yesterday. I worked at a less frenzied, more enjoyable pace this time, so fewer prints, but better overall quality I think. I really enjoyed the process of wiping the ink this time- even more meticulous, despite these being much smaller plates (2.5″ square each). Some samples after the jump.

And below, another registration sheet. I’ve decided from now on to make these on nice paper instead of newsprint, and save them, because honestly they come out looking rather beautiful. I like them. (As is plain from the amount of ink build-up, I’m not so attentive about cleaning the backs of my plates…)
